RA-COMM, Inc. offers flat rate service agreements for our customer's communications equipment and systems. These Service Agreements can be configured and priced specifically for the customers system and use circumstances. Typically these agreements are priced flat rate per month and billed at monthly, quarterly or annual intervals. Other parameters include service during normal business hours or 24 hours per day, 7 days per week response.

- All Parts and labor at no cost
- Systems inspections and Preventive Maintenance
- Communications equipment and system inventory records keeping
- Repair and maintenance records
